As part of our ongoing growth, we’re looking for a Team Leader to join our Foam Cutting department and take ownership of team performance, training, and daily operations on the afternoon shift.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for leading a team of production operatives, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met. A key part of the role involves supporting new team members through our in-house Cushion College training program — a structured development journey that rotates operatives through three key departments within our foam cutting section.
