As the year draws to a close, Enchanted House Beds continues to flourish, proudly flying the flag for British craftsmanship from the heart of Devon. Our commitment to creating handmade, natural luxury beds has never been stronger, and 2025 has marked a year of exciting evolution.
This summer saw the acquisition of a local North Devon joinery company, a strategic move that has allowed us to expand our capabilities and deepen our roots in bespoke bed design.
September brought another highlight: our presence at the Telford Bed Show, where we unveiled an enhanced mattress range featuring rare and exquisite natural fillings including British Horsetail, Vicuna, and Royal Baby Alpaca. These additions along with our signature Dartmoor wool from both the family farm and other Dartmoor farms, elevate our offering to new heights of comfort and indulgence.Â
Our luxurious mattress collection is meticulously handmade, with every detail considered to deliver the ultimate sleep experience. At the top of the range, customers can choose from either 100% wool or cashmere, and viscose tickings – each selected for their breathability, softness, and natural elegance. Specialist vents in the borders ensure optimal airflow, while stylish tape edging adds a refined finish that speaks to our dedication to craftsmanship.
We also launched a series of striking new designs, including the Country Pursuits Bed, a celebration of rural elegance complete with shotgun shell cartridge buttons, just add your Barbour jacket and shooting stick! Alongside it, our Floating Bed, Oak Bedstead, and a fresh palette of upholstery fabrics captured the imagination of retailers and customers alike.
The response was overwhelming. We welcomed new retail partners and saw existing ones refresh their floors with our latest collections. The energy and enthusiasm from the show have set the tone for a dynamic start to 2026.
