Jay brings more than 20 years of experience in the home furnishings technology sector, with a career focused on helping retailers adopt smarter systems, improve operational performance and drive sustainable growth.

His deep understanding of retail operations, SaaS platforms and digital transformation has made him a trusted partner to businesses navigating an increasingly connected and competitive marketplace.

Over the past two years, Jay has been collaborating closely with RetailSystem, supporting expansion efforts and delivering measurable growth in the US market. His work has helped strengthen retailer relationships, enhance technology adoption and align strategic initiatives with the evolving needs of home furnishings businesses.

In his new role as COO, North America, Jay will focus on accelerating growth, supporting retailer success and further aligning RetailSystem’s technology ecosystem with the strategic vision of Big Furniture Group. His appointment reflects a shared commitment to innovation, operational excellence and long-term success across the North American market.
