Project London and Cor Domi appoints new MD

Multidisciplinary design studio Project London and bespoke kitchen and joinery specialist Cor Domi have appointed Felix Weishaupt as Managing Director across both businesses, strengthening the leadership team.

The appointment follows co-founder Sam McArdle’s relocation to Dubai to spearhead the studio’s new Middle East office, marking a pivotal phase of growth for the group. Felix will oversee business operations, performance, and strategic direction as both companies scale in the UK and internationally.

Felix joins from renowned kitchen studio LANSERRING, where he spent over seven years, most recently serving as Commercial Director. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in scaling the business from under £1 million turnover to a £10 million turnover,  by streamlining processes, closing operational gaps, and aligning commercial strategy with execution.

Bringing more than 15 years’ experience in ultra-prime residential fit-out, bespoke joinery, and construction, Felix will ensure both Project London and Cor Domi grow with robust systems and clear governance in place, while preserving the design integrity and craftsmanship for which the studios are known.

Commenting on his appointment, Felix says: “After almost eight years at Lanserring, it felt like the right time for a new challenge. Working alongside Jonathan Mount and Sam McArdle, I’m excited to help shape what comes next for both Project London and Cor Domi. 2026 is set to be a significant year, with Project London’s Dubai expansion in full swing and Cor Domi continuing its strong growth to date. I look forward to enabling further growth while providing stability, clarity and continuity across both businesses.”

Jonathan Mount, co-founder of Project London and Cor Domi adds: “Felix’s appointment is a significant step for both businesses as we continue to grow, particularly with our expansion into Dubai. His commercial discipline and experience scaling high-end residential companies internationally bring the stability and structure needed for our next phase. We’re building for the long term, and Felix’s leadership will ensure both brands continue to evolve with clarity and confidence.”
