Online retailer Happy Beds has announced a collaboration with certified adult sleep consultant and founder of The Good Sleep Method, Amy Cheseldine, as its official external sleep expert.

The collaboration will see Cheseldine offering expert-backed guidance on sleep health and wellness, tapping into the growing sleep market fuelled by increasing interest in the UK on social media platforms like TikTok.”.
Amy is a London-based Certified Sleep Coach and founder of The Good Sleep Method, working with clients across the UK and internationally to improve sleep quality and wellbeing. She supports individuals experiencing insomnia, sleep disruption due to pregnancy or menopause, workplace fatigue, or those looking to optimise habits and routines, and also partners with corporate clients to enhance employee rest and performance.
Amy takes a holistic approach to sleep, drawing on her training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT‑i) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and is a member of the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants.
