Independent furniture business Dandy’s Furniture Store has announced the opening of a new warehouse as part of its 45th anniversary celebrations.
Situated at Unit 2 at the Meeting Industrial Estate in Park Road, Barrow-In-Furness, the new unit officially opened on 2 July 2025.
The site will be used to clear surplus stock as a clearance outlet and will not impact its main store operations on Duke Street.
A statement said: “Many people have been asking if we are relocating premises from Duke Street to Park Road, and the answer is no.
“Park Road will become our new warehouse at the end of the year, but starting now, it will be used as a sales area to clear surplus stock until November, opening Wednesday to Saturday inclusive, 10am to 2pm, or by appointment.”
The company has been celebrating 45 years in 2025 and has launched a special prize draw to mark the occasion.
“We are thrilled to be celebrating 45 years in business, and to show our appreciation, we are launching an exciting prize draw,” the company said.
“From June 1st to December 30th, 2025, every purchase over £500 will automatically enter you into a draw to WIN a staggering £4500 worth of Dandys Gift Vouchers!
