Lancashire-based furniture maker Valiant Furniture has entered a voluntary liquidation process.
Detailed in an announcement through the London Gazette, the business has officially set a date for a virtual meeting of creditors for 20 February 2026.
The firm has entered a Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation, meaning that the directors, led by Samuel Urmston, have concluded that the business is insolvent and can no longer meet its financial obligations.
Creditors will be asked to approve the appointment of Joint Insolvency Practitioners Rikki Burton and Jasmine Baxter from Chorley-based Anderson Brookes.
Valiant Furniture is a family-run, manufacturing company supplying independent retailers throughout the UK. It has been operating for more than 35 years.
