German kitchen brand opens Hull showroom

A new German kitchen showroom has launched at 22–28 George Street in Hull, occupying the site once home to the well-known Browns Books.

Showcasing the latest in kitchen design, Kutchenhaus Hull is a 2,000 sq. ft space, dedicated entirely to German kitchen innovation and managed by industry expert, Mark Shurey.

Taking over the location of the much-loved Browns Books, known and revered within the Hull community, Kutchenhaus Hull provides the chance for locals to discover something fresh, delving into the latest kitchen styles and inspiration across 11 different displays, complemented by leading appliance brands.

Designer and showroom manager Mark is native to the area and has spent 30 years working within the kitchen industry, designing and delivering kitchen solutions for a wide range of customers with different needs.

Mark comments: “We’re delighted to open Kutchenhaus Hull and to bring something new to the area. We know just how loved Browns Books was, having spent 40 years in Hull centre, therefore we want to do this space justice by bringing a new lease of life to it which people can get excited about once again.”

A specialist in contemporary kitchens and customer experience, Mark is adept with German design and functionality.

He continued: “I really enjoy showing quality product to people who are keen to improve their living spaces. I relish speaking to new customers who are maybe only just learning about Kutchenhaus for the first time and solving problems they may have in their home.”

Kutchenhaus is the UK’s fastest-growing kitchen franchise business with over 80 showrooms across the UK. Known for creating affordable German kitchens which are beautifully designed and skilfully engineered, the brand delivers an exceptional experience for its customers and is rated ‘excellent’ on Trustpilot.

Mark concludes: “Through Kutchenhaus Hull, we will not only present a stunning showroom but will also create a customer journey that is both professional and personal.

“Whether a customer has a fixed idea which just needs a little magic, or they’re entirely at the start of their journey and are working with a blank canvas, we’ll prove to them just why Kutchenhaus is so well reviewed, through expert guidance and a friendly service which leaves a lasting impression.”
