GNG Group has announced that Andy Williams will be joining the business as Operations Director on 5 January 2026.

Andy comes with extensive senior leadership experience in Operations, Production and driving change collaboratively.

Following a long period in the automotive sector Andy spent several years with Sofa Brands International managing multiple sites in the UK and abroad – as Operations Director leading the facility for G Plan Upholstery as well as significant project leadership.

Andy will enhance the GNG Group business with his data driven and analytical eye along with well honed management, leadership and best in class operations experience, assisting in the strategic growth of the Mattress and Sports divisions of GNG.
