Home Furnishings Association – Senior IT Manager

The Home Furnishings Association is searching for a friendly, dependable, and hands-on IT Sr. Manager to support our fully remote team and manage our essential IT operations.

The Details:
Location: 100% Remote (US-based)
Team structure: Individual contributor role (no direct reports) collaborating closely with our database and AI teams.

Key Focus Areas:
– End-user technical troubleshooting (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Wrike).
– Partnering with Marketing to support our WordPress website and member portal.
– Keeping HFA secure through proactive cybersecurity habits, firewall support, and staff training.
– Managing the device provisioning and software onboarding/offboarding lifecycle.

Requirements:
– 5+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
– Proven experience supporting remote/distributed teams.
– Comfort with CMS platforms (WordPress) and SaaS management.
– High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and a curious mindset.
