Homewares retailer eyes up Scottish Highlands store

Danish homewares retailer Søstrene Grene has confirmed plans to expand into the Scottish Highlands with the opening of a new store in Inverness.

Situated at Eastgate Shopping Centre, the retailer will take over a space formerly occupied by the Royal Bank of Scotland.

The retailer is currently advertising for a store manager at the location, although no official opening date has been revealed.

Søstrene Grene now has 350 stores globally, and over 50 locations across the UK, and has recently opened stores at Fremlin Walk Shopping Centre in Maidstone, as well as at Jubilee Place Mall in Canary Wharf, London.

Across Scotland, the retailer has stores in locations including Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Livingston, and Dundee.
