German kitchen brand Kutchenhaus has now opened its milestone 100th showroom.
Showcasing the strength of its franchise model and a commitment to expansion, Kutchenhaus Beckenham in Greater London becomes the latest step in the brand’s exciting journey; one shaped by dedicated business owners who possess deep industry knowledge and a passionate commitment to excellence in design and end-to-end service.
Kutchenhaus is the UK’s fastest-growing kitchen franchise business and has progressed from fewer than ten showrooms in 2017 to 100 locations in 2026.
Situated at 180 High St, Beckenham, the new showroom is owned and managed by Charlotte Scofield – her third, following the success of businesses in Orpington and Sevenoaks. As one of Kutchenhaus’ original franchise partners in 2018, Charlotte has witnessed progress first-hand, expanding her showroom portfolio in line with the rapidly developing network.
“Orpington was the sixth Kutchenhaus showroom, and now I’m delighted to be launching the brand’s 100th space,” Charlotte comments. “That really speaks for itself, having been a Kutchenhaus franchise partner for several years and delighted to be present for the entire journey. It’s fantastic to watch the business grow and exciting to reach this milestone.”
A welcoming, inspiring space, Kutchenhaus Beckenham brings solution-oriented ideas to its customers. Featuring five main kitchen displays, high ceilings, plus a dressing and bedroom area, the showroom was created to inspire homeowners at every stage of their kitchen journey.

She continues: “My passion has always been for design and delivering kitchens which bring both joy and pride to customers. I’m incredibly proud of my team and the people I work with. Together we get to know the customer, understand their needs and deliver on our promise. Receiving glowing reviews from people who have put their trust in us has made every moment worthwhile.”
Kutchenhaus’ rapid growth has been fuelled by new franchise partners joining the business and existing owners having the confidence and support to open multiple locations, with over 40% of Kutchenhaus’ franchise partners owning more than one showroom.
Jim Barnard, General Manager at Kutchenhaus, commented: “Opening our 100th showroom is only possible because of our talented franchise partner network. The people driving these businesses and the passion within them are the reason we can proudly offer customers exceptional design and a winning customer experience, from idea to installation.”

“Our aim is always to inspire and offer exceptional value, ensuring that every Kutchenhaus experience is a memorable one. That’s only possible through the very best German engineered design and quality, and brilliant, committed owners and teams who love what they do.”
Jim continued: “We work hard to empower our owners, allowing them to thrive in their local communities and supporting them with the tools they need to become known and trusted locally. Building a positive future together is imperative, and this is a deeply collaborative process, enabling our franchise partners to have a voice in what we do as brand.”
“With this milestone, we enter the next phase of our journey and remain passionately committed to every individual owner; valuing their input and ensuring the network is always our number one priority.”
“Research shows that customers have a much better experience when they’re working with owners who are truly invested in what they do. This is just the start for us, as we look to expand further with those who share our vision of bringing German kitchen excellence to more homes.”
