Sales and profit rise at Boundary group

Fashion, homeware and furnishing shopping destination group, Boundary Outlet Stores, has reported a growth in sales.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 January 2025, total sales rose 1.5% to £32.4m from £31.9m in 2024.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £2m, up from its profit of £1.7m recorded the previous year.

Stated within its report, Libra Textiles, trading as five-store Boundary, said: “Turnover in the year only showed a modest increase. However increased costs of operating meant that gross profit and operating profit were slightly down on the previous year.

“A reduction in the amount and cost of borrowing resulted in the overall profit before taxation being higher than last year at £2.0m. After the taxation charge for the year, £1.3m has been added to the reserves.”
