Kent based mattress manufacturer Sleepeezee has donated two of its premium mattresses to the newly opened Parkinson’s Centre for Integrated Therapy (PCIT), at the University of Kent, to support the new research facility.
This practical donation will provide the clinic with the fundamental resource to help them continue their ongoing research into the link between sleep hygiene and Parkinson’s symptoms, as well as providing comfort for individuals participating in vital studies.
Sleep disturbances are a common challenge for people with Parkinson’s, often exacerbating other symptoms and impacting overall quality of life. By contributing these mattresses, Sleepeezee is helping advance efforts to improve sleep health for those affected by the condition.

We will provide participants with an understanding of sleep hygiene, healthy sleep habits and basic information on how the human body uses external signals to maintain good quality sleep.

This donation is just part of Sleepeezee’s ongoing commitment to the local community.
