Furnishings wholesaler and third-party logistics specialist MH Star has reported a growth in sales as losses narrowed.
According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024, total sales rose 17.8% to £216.7m from £183.8m in 2023.
Pre-tax losses resulted at £3m, narrowing from a loss of £9.8m recorded in the previous year.
Stated within its report, it said: “The company has continued its core function of supplying home, garden, pet and other products to consumers via the UK e commerce consumer market. The company is successful at selling via multiple third party owned marketplaces.
“The key focus for the year has continued to be the expansion of both product range (numbers of diverse SKU) and increasing the number of marketplaces through which the products are sold.
“The company has grown rapidly over the last few years; growing from one warehouse to seven warehouses. The director and management team have strategic plans in place to cover future developments in both the short and long term.”
