Bed manufacturer Dura Beds has reported a decline in sales although profit increased.
According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 30 November 2025, total sales fell 9.7% to £12.9m from £14.3m in 2024.
Pre-tax profit resulted at £570,000, up from £394,000 recorded the previous year.
Stated within its report, the company said that staff costs to sales ratio stood at 22.63%, increasing from 20.7% last year, while gross profit margin increased at 42.87% from 42.57%.
Dura Beds commented: “In order to remain competitive, profits will be invested into staff to ensure that they are able to respond to advances in the market and customer demand.”
