Home furnishings retailer Dunelm has announced the opening date for its new store in Kingston.
Situated on Clarence Street, the new store officially opens on 25 June 2026. Back in April last year, Dunelm revealed Kingston as a ‘key target’ area after acquiring the freehold.
Dunelm recently posted its third quarter update for the 13-week period ended 28 March 2026, with total Q3 sales up 2.1% to £472m, while year-to-date revenues increased 3.1% to £1.3bn.
During Q3, Dunelm opened two new stores, one in Merthyr Tydfil and the other in Bracknell, bringing the total to 200. It added that it will open five new superstores this year.
