Profit surpasses £1m at Scottish beds retailer

Scottish beds and mattresses retailer Archers Sleepcentre has reported another growth in turnover.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 August 2025, total sales rose 8.1% to £16m from £14.8m in 2024, further adding to its growth of 4.2% from £14.2m in 2023.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £1.1m, up from £615,000 recorded the previous year.

Stated within its report, Archers said: “We continue to work closely with our suppliers to develop our already successful range of in-house products, widening our product choice and protecting margin.”
