Tetrad announces new senior leadership team

Tetrad Furniture Limited has announced the appointment of a new senior leadership team, marking a confident step forward as the business continues to trade strongly.

Chris Fletcher has been appointed Managing Director, supported by Luke Stenchion as Finance Director. Together, they will lead all strategic and operational activity, ensuring continuity and a clear focus on sustained growth.

Chris brings more than 30 years of industry experience, having held a number of Director-level roles at Tetrad, most recently as Commercial Director.

In this role, he led the company’s D&D, sales and marketing functions, helping to shape both the brand and commercial offering. His proven leadership, deep knowledge of the market, and unwavering commitment to the brand, position him ideally to lead Tetrad, as it continues to invest in growth, innovation, and customer experience.

Luke brings extensive financial experience across a range of manufacturing businesses. Having worked closely with Tetrad in recent months, he adds valuable commercial insight, financial rigour, and operational support to the leadership team.

Tetrad continues to be backed by Blandford Capital, who remain committed to supporting the business, while strategic and operational leadership now sits firmly with the newly appointed team.

As Tetrad enters its next phase of development, the business is continuing to invest in its people and manufacturing capabilities. A double digit increase in headcount during 2026 reflects its commitment to enhancing expertise, service and operations, whilst building the additional capacity to ensure we are meeting customer demand.

Operating from its factory in Preston, Lancashire, for almost 60 years, Tetrad remains committed to delivering the quality, reliability, and craftsmanship that retail partners and customers expect from one of the UK’s leading premium upholstery manufacturers.

Chris Fletcher, Managing Director, comments: “As we enter a new phase, Tetrad is in a strong position, and we are focused on building on that momentum.

“Following a challenging period for the wider Group, including the closure of two businesses, we have taken the necessary steps to stabilise our operations and bring greater clarity and focus to the business.

“As part of this, we have refined our senior management structure to re-establish local control, ensuring Tetrad remains agile, resilient, and commercially focused. We are encouraged by the continued support from both customers and suppliers, which provides a solid foundation as we move forward.

“With a clear strategy and renewed focus, Tetrad is well positioned for the future and will continue to deliver market-leading, innovative products for which the brand is renowned.”
