Michael Pickett, Director at family-run adjustable furniture and beds specialist Vizana Comfort, talks about recent investments including the launch of its new store and website.
Conveniently located on Station Approach, North Street in Emsworth, Vizana Comfort’s new showroom makes it easy to reach whether travelling by car or public transport. It was a key factor in choosing the premises, while also being able to serve customers across a wide area.
“From this base, covering roughly a 20-mile radius, allows us to reach surrounding communities such as Portsmouth, Petersfield and Chichester,” Michael said. “We’re always happy to welcome visitors into our showroom, where they can explore our full range in a relaxed setting.
“We chose this location very deliberately, with our customers at the heart of the decision. It gives us the space to create a relaxed, welcoming environment – with free, convenient parking, full wheelchair access, and a generous 2,000sqft showroom where visitors can take their time exploring more than 30 reclining chairs and adjustable beds.”
The site also allows the company to operate more flexibly behind the scenes. “With dedicated storage and space for our own vehicles, we can easily access our demonstration chairs and bring them directly to customers’ homes for pre-arranged appointments,” Michael continues.
“For us, it’s about making the whole experience as comfortable and convenient as possible – whether someone visits us in-store or prefers to try our products in their own living space. We understand that convenience matters, which is why we also offer home visits by appointment. This allows customers to try our chairs and beds in the comfort of their own home, with the same personal service they would receive in-store.”
