The Very Group, which operates digital retailer Very, has announced the appointment of Edward Fry as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on a permanent basis.
Edward has served as interim CFO since September 2025, having previously held the role of Group Finance Director. Over the past year, he has played a central role in navigating the business through several significant milestones, including its change of ownership and securing the Group’s long-term refinancing.

Edward joined The Very Group in 2020 and has extensive experience in senior finance roles across retail and consumer businesses.
