Wren Contracts unveils industry-leading Project Lounge

Wren Contracts has launched its new Project Lounge – a purpose-built customer facility designed to transform the way housebuilders and developers specify kitchens for residential developments.

Located at The Nest in Barton-upon-Humber (Wren’s headquarters and main purpose-built manufacturing facilities), the state-of-the-art Project Lounge offers customers an immersive environment where they can explore product options, either amongst their own teams or collaborate with Wren’s in-house experts and bring kitchen schemes to life using the latest visualisation technology.

Created exclusively for the housebuilding and property development sector, the new facility showcases a selection of typical contract kitchen collections, alongside a vast selection of door, worktop, handle, colour and finish options, allowing customers to compare specifications and create schemes that perfectly suit individual developments.

Among the standout features of the Project Lounge are Wren’s innovative visualiser technology and a fully fitted co-living apartment. The visualiser allows visitors to explore hundreds of product combinations, instantly seeing how different kitchen designs, colours and finishes work together in real time. This helps streamline the specification process, making design decisions faster, easier and more collaboratively.

The other unique feature is the co-living apartment, designed to replicate a modern studio apartment, showcasing how Wren’s kitchens, bedrooms and fitted furniture work together in a real living environment, enabling developers to experience complete interior solutions rather than viewing products in isolation.

The Project Lounge also includes formal and informal meeting spaces where customers can work directly with Wren Contracts’ experienced design, manufacturing and commercial teams, who offer expert advice at every stage of a project.

The investment reflects Wren Contracts’ continued commitment to innovation and customer experience while demonstrating the scale of its vertically integrated operation, from design and manufacturing through to delivery and installation.

Damian Sheridan, Sales Director, Wren Contracts, said: “The Project Lounge reflects how we want to work with our customers. Selecting kitchens for a development is about much more than choosing products – it’s about collaboration, confidence and making the right decisions for every scheme.

“We’ve created a space where customers can bring their own teams together, hold project meetings, collaborate with our specialists and explore thousands of design and specification options using the latest visualisation technology.

“Visitors can also experience first-hand the scale of our UK manufacturing operations, giving them complete confidence in the quality and capability behind every Wren Contracts project. The Project Lounge isn’t just somewhere to showcase products – it’s a place for developing ideas and strengthening relationships.”

As Wren Contracts continues to establish partnerships across the UK, the Project Lounge provides a dedicated destination where customers can experience first-hand the innovation, flexibility and manufacturing expertise behind one of the UK’s fastest-growing contract kitchen suppliers.
