Carpet designer and manufacturer Burmatex has reported a slight growth in sales.
According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025, total sales rose 0.9% to £21.4m from £21.2m in 2024.
UK sales were up to £16.8m from £16.3m, while export revenues fell to £4.6m from £4.8m.
Burmatex, part of the AIREA Floor Coverings Group, recorded a pre-tax profit of £862,000, up from £683,000 against the previous year.
Stated within its report, the company said that operating return on sales was 5.3%, up from 4.1%, while working capital to sales percentage was 39.8% compared to 58.9% year-on-year.
