Fashion and homewares retailer Next has confirmed that its Next Home store in Coventry has closed following a landlord dispute.
Situated at Arena Shopping Park, the store closed for the final time on Sunday 26 July 2026 after not being able to secure new lease terms with its landlord.
In a statement, Next said: “Next Home at Arena Shopping Park will be closing. Next could not agree terms with the landlord, so will be moving out.”
Meanwhile, Next has recently secured planning permission for a 1.2 million-square-foot warehouse in West Yorkshire.
