Signalling a fresh chapter of development and transformation, Nowy Styl, the workplace and space solutions provider founded in Poland, has appointed Ketil Årdal as Chief Executive Officer.
Årdal has over 30 years of leadership experience across global organisations, including roles at FMCG giant Kellogg’s, as well as in the furniture industry, where he held a development position at Flokk and served as CEO of Mater Design. With a strong track record of driving transformation, Årdal builds high-performing teams, and delivers sustainable growth within the workspace sector.
Ketil Årdal leads Nowy Styl’s entire portfolio that combines its flagship brand, Nowy Styl, Kusch+Co, Forum by Nowy Styl, Sitag by Nowy Styl, SOHOS by Nowy Styl. Together, these brands enable Nowy Styl to meet the evolving needs of clients across sectors and Ketil Årdal will bring his extensive international leadership to support the organisations continued development.

Årdal also takes the reins of the Nowy Styl Management Board as President with the new appointment of Radosław Jankielewicz as a Member of the Management Board, while continuing to serve as Chief Financial Officer.
