VetiGraph, a provider of CAD/CAM solutions and automated cutting technology for the textile, upholstery, and manufacturing sectors, has officially expanded its flagship CNC cutting range.
The company has announced the launch of two new compact models: the GraphCut Elite 1516 and 1816, engineered specifically to address space, power and budget constraints.
The new conveyorised low-ply cutters offer industrial-grade performance within a significantly reduced footprint. Paul Smithers, Business Development Executive, explains: “As UK furniture manufacturers navigate rising operational costs and space limitations, the need for efficient, automated cutting technology has never been greater.
“Traditional industrial CNC cutters often require large workshop spaces, extensive floor layouts, and three – phase power infrastructure – barriers that have historically kept smaller or growing businesses reliant on manual cutting processes. The newly introduced GraphCut Elite 1516 and 1816 eliminate these hurdles.”
Despite their compact size, the 1516 and 1816 models share the exact heavy-duty build quality, precision tooling and gantry stability as VetiGraph’s larger industrial cutting systems.
“To cater to diverse material requirements – ranging from upholstery fabrics to technical textiles and leather – the machines also support a full suite of modular tools and add-on options, from tooling to productivity and vision systems,” Paul said.
