Sales and profit slightly down at office furniture maker

Office furniture manufacturer Elite has reported a slight decline in sales and profit.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 January 2026, total sales fell 1.9% to £20.3m from £20.7m in 2025.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £3.4m, down from £3.9m recorded the previous year.

Stated within its report, the company added that year end cash remained strong at £4.2m, with net assets consistent with the prior year at around £29m.
